MassCor's Embroidery Shop uses high tech machinery along with an entire spectrum of colored threads to beautifully sew on your logos. The process starts by digitizing your logo onto our computer system. Then the computers match the best threads to your logo and determine how much of each colored thread needs to be used. The garments are then positioned and the threads are connected into the machines that then sew on the logo. Once completed they get shipped out for you to use!
Talking about where you want your embroidery done is an important part of making sure the garments end up looking the right way. Brand name logos cannot be embroidered over, and hats are most easily embroidered on the front. Clothing with multiple layers and pocketed insides can be troublesome, but here at MassCor we have the knowledge and capability to help you make any design, embroidery, and clothing article perfect.
DISCLAIMER: MassCor will only embroider new clothes ordered through MassCor or MassCor affiliated vendors.
MassCor's Silk Screen Shop uses a special synthetic clothing paint that gets screened and heat dried onto garments. The process begins again by digitizing the logo, message, or symbol into our computers. From there the logo, message, or symbol gets separated and screened by how many colors there are. If a logo has 3 colors, there will be three screens. The garments are then loaded and positioned onto our silk screening machines. The garment is then screened each time for each color, with one our skilled shop workers hand pressing the ink through the screen. Once all the screens have been pressed they get passed through a high heat clothing oven to seal and dry.
Have your own designs you want silk screened onto a bag, mug, or piece of clothing? MassCor can make anything your own. Perfect for family, work, or team events!
